Hi all
We recently did something similar with our paed diabetic clinic. They started using digital consultations via skype instead of them physically visiting the hospital.
Part of the set up includes sending them home testing kits (Finger prick only- much like BM testing) for GHB prior to their digital appointment. during the appointment the patient is expected to 'test' themselves in front of the clinician so treatment plans can be formulated. Kits are produced by BHR. The paed team were approached directly the company after a successful trial at GOSH and then POCT assisted with the mini validation. Covid then hit and it become quite useful for not bringing in patients.
I have a kit insert for reference if anyone would like it?
