Dear all
We are getting some positive test results mainly from those staff who have been self isolating
The advice we are giving is that as long as they have followed the advice about self isolation ie for 7 0r 14 days and they feel well and do not have a height temp then they are considered fit to RTW following national guidelines
Continue to wear PPE as instructed .
Is this the right advice ; I cannot see any advice on this and using a common sense approach. The purpose of testing is to get people back to work not to probing their absence
Without the knowledge of the test result they work have RTW REGARDLESS
Does anyone know how long the virus may show on a test for ?
What advice are others giving to staff?
I appreciate any help / guidance on this
Thanks
Jane
