Probably at the top of the epidemic 39 weeks will have a measurable effect on increasing false positives and false negatives. Especially if you don’t induce until 41+ weeks with a COVID-19 which can cure in 14 days???

39 weeks is an awkward time. Generally women are seen at 38 and 40 weeks. And they may not deliver for another 2-3 weeks
