Hi Rowley
Yes we are thinking about research on the non-covid impact. We have amassed a lot of data and are due to refresh it until 2024 so this should cover the covid period and following. I hope it will help to inform what we can safely do in terms of which patients need to be seen / investigated / admitted and which don’t.

My daughter and her partner took their new baby to Palermo in Sicily just before Italy shut down and when they were there he went down with temperature, cough, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, the whole thing so got swabbed when they got back, but it came back negative. He did have to get some antibiotics before it settled down. However, my daughter then got a mild sniffly thing and when we went to visit them in that narrow window between them returning and the UK going into lockdown she was sniffly and of course my wife and I also got a mild sniffly thing with a bit of a cough that became a bit productive but then faded. Have we actually all had it without realising?
