Dear Jesper,
I am a novice in FSL and I need your help...!
I deeply appreciate your effort to read and reply to many people who cannot figure out the problem and get it solved without your help.
I have some question about using --ol_ec=2 option and I found this option in these pages
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=fsl;12467485.1811
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=FSL;38fa964.1912
I get this message when I run eddy_cuda9.1 with slice-to-volume correction.
The problem is I get this message for about 1/3 ~ 1/2 of my data.
I wonder if I can use --ol_ec=2 option selectively for just the data with which I get this error message.
Or, should I use this option for all the data I want to use in my research?

FYI
This is an example command when I use eddy_cuda9.1
eddy_cuda9.1 --imain=039/DTI/original.nii.gz --mask=039/DTI/b0_brain_0.2_mask.nii.gz --acqp=DTI_acqp.txt --index=DTI_index.txt --bvecs=039/DTI/original.bvec --bvals=039/DTI/original.bval --field=039/fmap_for_eddy/fmap_HZ_flirt_dof6 --out=039/DTI/eddy_cuda9.1 --fwhm=10,8,4,2,0,0,0,0 --niter=8 --repol --ol_type=both --mporder=9 --s2v_niter=5 --slspec=my_slspec.txt --estimate_move_by_susceptibility --cnr_maps --verbose
