Hi all,
I’m running L1 GLM using FSL FEAT via a bash script and a design template. The analyses were conducted successfully for all but one subject. The report log indicated that the analysis for that subject was “finished”. However, no brain images were shown.
In report log, it gives me this error/warning message:
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/film_gls --in=filtered_func_data --rn=stats --pd=design.mat --thr=1000.0 --sa --ms=5 --con=design.con

Would love help to figure out what’s going on. Thanks!
