Dear FSL experts,
is there a possibility to properly convert ITK warpfield images to fsl
format to use ANTs registration within Feat processing?
c3d_affine_tool works fine to convert affine ITK mat to FSL mat, and the
output from workbench (wb_command -convert-warpfield -from-itk <warp
filed> -to-fnirt <warp field> <target image>) can be fed to
updatefeatreg. However, after updatefeatreg the example_func2standard
image does not align with the standard image, but is shrinked.
Before running updatefeatreg I converted the following ITK files with
c3d_affine_tool
- example_func2highres.mat
- highres2exampe_func.mat
- highres2standard.mat
- standard2highres.mat
and the following ITK warpfields with wb_command -convert-warpfield
- highres2exampe_func_warp.nii.gz
- example_func2highres_warp.nii.gz
- highres2standard_warp.nii.gz
- standard2highres_warp.nii.gz
Any hint is very welcome.
Best,
Nicole
