This is a hugely significant archive by an extraordinary writer which will allow researchers to explore her life and legacy in much greater depth. The archive consists of heavily annotated working drafts, notes, research material, digital records, correspondence, unpublished writing, and television and film projects. Her commitment to correcting Britain's amnesia around slavery and colonialism is evident throughout.
