Dear Swetha,
It seems that the MCR required for SPM Standalone (R2010a) is too old
for your system. We also distribute another compiled version of SPM12
(r7771) that uses MATLAB Runtime R2019b (see the /dev/ subdirectory),
downloadable from:
https://uk.mathworks.com/products/compiler/matlab-runtime.html
