Hi,
I used the SPM>Normalise>write to perform normalisation for a functional MRI image, but encountered a problem that I could not get the right output...
I don't know if I assigned wrong inputs to this program...Below are what I input in the SPM (I used the SPM GUI, the below codes are the same as what I did with the GUI):
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.subj.def = {'F:\IBP_TWIN\Others\MalSegment\T1ImgSegment\08402\y_co20130805_091133t1mprnssag13highmgh20130805k19s8402s006a1001.nii'};
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.subj.resample = {'F:\IBP_TWIN\Others\MalSegment\FunImgARC\08402\CovRegressed_4DVolume.nii,1'};
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.bb = [-78 -112 -70
78 76 85];
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.vox = [2 2 2];
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.interp = 4;
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.prefix = 'w';
As a result, I got an output image of smaller size than would have been expected (input nifti image has 500M+, output image only has 3M. I guess the Normalising Procedures just performed on a single time point of the input nifti image.
Wish somebody could help me to figure out how to deal with this problem. Thank you very much!
