Dear Davide,
if FLICA is only accepting volumes files you cannot apply it to surface data. There is no way to convert surfaces to volumes.
Furthermore, you cannot combine multi-modal data from volumes and surfaces in FLICA, because data need to be in the same space (e.g. after spatial normalization).
