If by centre you mean the average of the coordinates then you can simply
compute this:
[V,XYZmm] = spm_read_vols(spm_atlas('mask','neuromorphometrics',...
'Right FuG fusiform gyrus'));
XYZmm = XYZmm(:,V(:)==1);
mean(XYZmm,2)
ans =
35.5235
-33.9223
-24.6265
