I'm in the fortunate (but alarming ) position of working with an organisation whose IT department is going to develop a bespoke occupational health package. We are a small organisation (about 1000 employees), mostly management referrals with about 50 health surveillance appointments per year.
I have in the past used cohort (tick) OPAS ( thumbs down) and a bespoke one with a provider (definitely thumbs up!)
If you were in this position, what would you consider must your absolute must-haves?
What opportunities would you not want to miss with regards data collection?
