Hi Wendy,
We run Mental Health Training for Managers that has been very popular. It is outsourced to psych trained community nurse, who if fab. The feed back is that it does make a difference to how employees are treated generally, just not sure that is reflected in absence management.
We are also thinking of how to improve mental health as part of the (all the rage) well being programme. So am interested the responses you get.
