Hi, I'm new to FSL, I've been an AFNI user, and I'm new to fieldmaps as I always used opposite blip corection. I tried to use fugue to compute the distortion from the phase field map, but what I obtain as a warping matrix is a 3d dataset. I expected a 4d dataset, describing a shiftmap in terms of tensors at each voxel. Is the warp computed only along one direction?
