Hi,
You'll need to download the source and then copy it over to your cluster and build locally. We have instructions here:
https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation/SourceCode
However, you will still require an internet connection to get a complete install of the fslpython environment (via miniconda) and associated programs.

Hello,
I met a problem when I have to install FSL on the computer cluster of my school. The cluster is not allowed to access the internet, while I found that FSL is installed from the internet. Do you have any idea or experience about it? Like source code installation may be a reasonable choice? Any comment here. Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Yang
