Dear colleagues
Would you kindly give me relevant references on the three goals of community organizations (Ross ): task, process, and relationship goals. I have employed this theory to analyze consensus meetigs for municipal disability policies in Japan with narrative theories (e.g., Weick and Bruner) . I suggested that the three goals are meaning-making through members’ narratives rather than static substances. Additionally, three goals are related each other.

However, Ross’s three goals might be too simple. Therefore, I would like to obtain some advices.
Thank you in advance.
