Post-doctoral research post:
Planning and Climate Change Adaptation
University College Dublin, Ireland
A 12 month post-doctoral position is available in the School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy, University College Dublin, in the area of planning and climate change adaptation in the built environment. Working on the BE-Resilient project (funded by the Environmental Protection Agency), this post will identify and assess adaptation pathways towards a more climate resilient built environment, focused on the planning system and building control regulations. This will be based on undertaking literature and policy reviews, qualitative case studies, fieldwork and stakeholder workshops in Ireland and selected desktop reviews and interviews concerning case studies in other European countries. The post is available from 1 March 2020.
