Hi,
I had previous seen this post: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=CCPNMR;eb885329.1403
He appears to be having a similar problem to me, where I have intensity changes that do not match what I see in TopSpin and realized that when I check "scale" under experiments>spectra I find all the spectra that don't agree with topspin have a scale factor of 64 and not 128.
So I did manually change the scale so all spectra have the same value, however I do not see these values reflect the peak heights or volume. Is there something I am missing?
If the issue isn't scale, then what I find is the values should be decaying with time and Topspin values do agree that intensities are decreasing. However in CCPNMR, it is saying that for my first 5 spectra show the intensity decrease, but for the last 3 spectra, the signal has increased!
Thanks so much for your time,
Minnie
