Hi,
RELION <= 3.0 applied low pass filtering at the
resolution where FSC is 0.143, after FOM weighting.
RELION 3.1 applies only FOM weighting by default.
This is because signals beyond FSC=0.143 can
(theoretically) be used in atomic model refinement etc
if properly weighted.
