Moves (sic) happen in the mvextension, you don't put them in the MapAttributesForExport section of the ad ma.

Matthew is correct that a preview will show what's going on. Just remember that moves (renames) are done with provisioning logic and not the rules extensions. This could be Sync Rule provisioning or MV Extension Provisioning

From memory, yes, this is exactly what happens. A “preview” should show you what it’s going to do — a Rename, I think.
