Dear Matthew,
As suggested, I am using an ANOVA 2-groups 2-levels design to compare 2 groups of participants scanned in 2 time points (pre-post).
I would very much appreciate if you could tell me if the following design matrix is correct to compare for example, 7 subjects that are split in 2 groups (Group 1: 4 subjects; Group 2: 3 subjects) scanned in 2 time points.
Main EVs: 9
Voxel-dependent EVs: 0
EV1 EV2 EV3 EV4 EV5 EV6 EV7 EV8 EV9

Contrasts: 2 F-tests: 0
C1 time effect 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
C2 interaction 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Additionally, I would like to introduce in my design several covariates such as sex and age. How could I include them?
Thank you very much in advance.
Kind regards,
Agurne
