Invitation for the
2020 TRAIL International PhD summer school
on Automated Driving in Delft, the Netherlands
24 - 26 June 2020
TRAIL research school in the Netherlands organizes - in collaboration with the Spatial and Transport impacts of Automated Driving (STAD) project and the hEAT Lab - an international summer school on 'Automated Driving' (AV). It is offered to all PhD students who are interested in research on AV-development , impacts of AV, and decision making for Automated Driving. It does not matter whether you are at the beginning or end of your PhD study!
Topics are international AV developments, impacts of AV, policymaking, human factors, automated freight transport , and preparing a nation for automated vehicles. Including a field trip to Rotterdam.
Course leaders are Prof. Bart van Arem & Dr. Goncalo Correia (TU Delft).
Other lecturers include: Dr. Niels Agatz (EUR), Tom Alkim MSc (European Commission), Dr. Haneen Farah (TU Delft), Prof. Kara Kockelman (UTexas), Robert Lohman MSc (2GetThere), Prof. Vincent Marchau (Radboud University/TRAIL), Margriet van Schijndel-de Nooij MSc (TU Eindhoven).
