Hi mat
we've set up arc6 to use shared storage for the session directory. It then does the copy from shared storage to a local scratch directory, from which the job runs and then copies it to the shared session directory at the end of the job (same setup as QM)

Hi all,
My shot in the dark is to ask does the ARC6 CE require a prolog/epilog script to copy input data to/from whatever sandbox the ARC6 CE uses to the job working directory?
For our old CREAM CE on S(on of) Grid Engine it's a very CE-specific perl script. I don't know how ARC or UGE do things.
Just a guess,
Matt
