The University of Kent has an open call for the first of two ‘Mediated Cities’ conferences in the UK. The Kent call examines design and design history in relation to medias and the digital turn. Summer 2020. The follow on event is held at the University of Hertfordshire, Summer 2021.

This event examines the relationships between art, architecture, history and the technologies employed in each of these disciplines.
Strands are planned around broad discipline areas, including: architecture, urban design, history, archaeology, heritage, conservation, art and design, digital studies, film, photography, cultural studies, sociology, humanities.
Present in-person, pre-recorded films, skype, written papers.

The next conference in this program is held in summer 2021 at the University of Hertfordshire.
