Hi Lydia,
If you modify the line in
$FSLDIR/tcl/fdt.tcl
reading
set eddycall "${FSLDIR}/bin/eddy_openmp $flags”
to
set eddycall "${FSLDIR}/bin/eddy $flags”
Then the GUI should be good to use.
