Dear Harry,
I believe you a few years ago conducted a study of the safety effect of cyclists' clothing.
If so, can you please guide Denise Robert (just be responding to the mailing-list included as cc in this mail) with references to the documentation and conclusion of your study - preferably in English if available.. or in native Danish (and they have to cope with the translation by means of Google Translate).
Enjoy your weekend.
Cheers

Subject: Driver perception of cyclists on the road
I am proposing a dissertation on how well drivers of automobiles can perceive cyclists on the road. In particular, I am looking at different colors that cyclists wear besides the traditional florescent colors seen as safest to see which is perceived better by automobile drivers.
I would appreciate it if anyone knows of recent studies done on this or anyone who is doing studies on this can send information. I have heard that some was done at TU Braunschweig and in the Netherlands in the past.
thanks
Denis Robert
