Happy New Year CCPEM!

I have tried to refine beam-tilt in combined data set Mics1-3 (it is
actually the same scope, just different realignments due to technical
issues). At the beginning I imported three movies sets, set them
-opticsGroup1-3 and the joined them.

  + Adding new optics_group with name: opticsGroup2
  + Renumbering group opticsGroup2 from 1 to 2
  + Adding new optics_group with name: opticsGroup3
  + Renumbering group opticsGroup3 from 1 to 3
  Written: JoinStar/job013/join_movies.star
  Done!

The joined star file point to 3 optic groups, but all the movies are
actually pointed to opticsgroup 1. None to 2 or 3.

Which then results that all the movies are treated as the same.

It seems the error is at the JoinMovie step.

Is there anything I am missing in order to avoid this next time?

Thanks for your advice

Tomas

PS: I guess I can somehow change the opticsgroup name according to the
Mics1-3 name for the CtfRefinement job imput star files.
