Hi everyone,
I want to perform surface-based morphometry analyses with surface images that have been generated with the spm_mesh_calc.m function. These images were calculated from other surface files that had been previously resampled to 32k with unmerged hemispheres.
I built an ANOVA model that employed these newly generated images, estimated it with the 'Estimate surface models' function, and generated the proper contrasts. Everything seemed to be fine until I saved some of the results images that were of interest and tried to display them with the 'Display Results -> Display Surface Results' option. When I try to display these images, I receive the following error message:
Attempted to access hemi_ind(1); index out of bounds because numel(hemi_ind)=0.
Error in cat_surf_info (line 210)
sinfo(i).side = ff2(hemi_ind(1):hemi_ind(1)+1);
Error in cat_surf_results>select_data (line 1597)
info = cat_surf_info(P);
Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Christian.
