Dear Zaki,
How did you enter each subject's data? Did you select 20 images per
subject and specified a 20x2 condition array? As with previous email, I
am surprised by the ordering of scans and conditions.
Depending on the assumptions you make, it might not be necessary to
assume unequal variance for the within-subject factors.
