Hi FSL expert,
I was updating my FSL 5.0.11 to FSL 6.0.3 to use the new XTRACT package, but I encountered a post-install error (Install log are attached).
The error looks like related to CUDA, my environment setting for CUDA lib was:
export PATH=/usr/local/cuda-10.0/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-8.0/lib64
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-10.0/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
So, is there some kind people can do me a favor?
Thanks,
Z
