no. I assume that you mean a correction of the distortions caused by the susceptibility induced off-resonance field. In order to correct for that one either needs at least a pair of b0-volumes acquired with reversed PE-directions, or a traditional fieldmap. Though for combining with eddy it is much more practical to use a reversed pair.
