Hello,
I am having a problem converting .cs to .star file using pyem. I first use the export feature in cryosparc to combine all metadata for the particles. Then, I load pyem/20190810 and use "csparc2star.py P21_J230_particles_exported.cs passthrough_particles.cs exported_particles.star". However, it keeps telling me that I need a passthrough file, even though I supplied it.
When I use particles.cs from one of the iterations from the homogeneous refinement, csparc2star.py works, but the resulting star file does not micrograph coordinates. When I try to add --passthrough option using older versions of pyem, it still asks for a passthrough file.
Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong??
Thank you,
Joon Park
