Hi,
A half-day meeting is being held to celebrate the career (to date) of Malcolm Farrow, who retired at the end of August. Malcolm has been an academic statistician at the Universities of Hull and Sunderland and, most recently, Newcastle University. He is an important voice in the generation of pioneering Bayesian statisticians and has supervised a community of young Bayesians through their Masters and PhD theses. The programme for the meeting will include talks from some of Malcolm's collaborators and peers.
Date: Wednesday 11th December.
Time: 1-5pm.
Venue: LT2, Herschel Building, Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne.
