We are also pushing for 24/7 POCT services after having some incidents after working hours and during weekend.
It's not simple POCT tests anymore. Some POCT tests such as Flu have major impacts on patients flow, quality of treatment and hospital finance particularly at AE.
Thanks

Subject: POCT Support
Hi All,
Can I ask if anybody provides POCT support 24/7? This is something that has come up at our Trust due to an incident over a weekend. Currently we only provide support Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Be really interested in what other Trusts provide.
Thanks,
Theresa
