The analysis seems to run and at first glance the results that come out are not that dissimilar from running FEAT on the volumetric data. The only this is that t-values are present as output but not contrast values, which would be what one typically brings to the group level. Would there be a way to have this output?
I was wondering, since you say technically this is not the right approach, do you know of any method that runs GLM analyses directly on CIFTI files? I know that AROMA works, but I was wondering specifically about GLM.
