Hey FSL experts
I´m currently experiencing some difficulty with my analysis of resting-state data. I have pre-processed the data via Melodic as proposed in the ICA practical on the fsl webside.
But when applying the AROMA it continues to give me errors.
im using the following commands;
“python2.7 ICA_AROMA.py -in Pre_proc.ica/filtered_func_data.nii.gz -out AROMA -affmat Pre_proc.ica/reg/example_func2highres.mat -warp Pre_proc.ica/reg/highres2standard.nii.gz -mc Pre_proc.ica/mc/prefiltered_func_data_mcf.par -md Pre_proc.ica/filtered_func_data.ica”
Which generates this error;
------------------------------- RUNNING ICA-AROMA ----------------------
--------------- 'ICA-based Automatic Removal Of Motion Artifacts' ------
Step 1) MELODIC
- The existing/specified MELODIC directory will be used.
- The MELODIC directory does not contain the required 'stats' folder. Mixture modeling on the Z-statistical maps will be run.

I´m out of ideas for how to fix this, so I hope you can help.
kind regards Lau
