The international User Experience in Libraries conference, UXLibs for short, is back, taking place in Newcastle between 8-10 June 2020. If you're interested in developing and delivering library services in response to the needs and behaviours of your users and want to find out how to achieve this then this is the event for you.
UXLibs really is the best place to learn about innovation in user-centred library service design. It attracts an international library audience that truly expands the horizons of its delegates. It's lots of fun too with a team challenge, a social programme and a buddy system for new attendees.
We have just announced our two keynote speakers: Rebecca Blakiston who is a UX strategist at the University of Arizona Libraries and editor in chief of the Weave Journal of Library User Experience; and Daniel Forsman, city librarian for Stockholm who is busy implementing agile and UX methodologies across his public libraries.
We will be announcing our plenary speakers next week. If you want to find out more visit: http://uxlib.org/uxlibs6/
Thank you!
