Dear CAT12 experts,
We are getting a segmentation failure error, which I thought might be due to the brand new T1 sequence we were piloting for a new Philips scanner needing tweaking / failed full conversion of dicom files.
However, I have tried these things so far, all resulting in the same error:
-tried segmenting one of the T1 images out of an old dataset that was segmented successfully earlier this year on the same computer
-used an example T1 out of the IXI20 dataset, which also segmented successfully before
-updated to CAT12 version from r1318 to r1450 and tried the above again
-reoriented the new T1 so that the origin is now roughly AC
Example error message below, full err folder in attachment. We have Matlab r2018a.
Also attached is the err folder from the try on the IXI T1.

I have a feeling I am missing something very basic, but am at a loss as to what to change.
Any recommendations would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Carolyn
