Dear Mushfa,
This is due to macOS Catalina. A solution is to open a terminal and type:
>> cd /Users/mushfayousuf/Desktop/spm12/
>> find . -name "*.mexmaci64" -exec xattr -d com.apple.quarantine {} \;
There might be plenty of warnings of errors but I think you can ignore them.
