Dear CAT12 experts, dear Christian
I'm running tissue segmentation on quantitative proton density maps using CAT12 and have come across the following error with the latest version of CAT12 (CAT12.6 (r1450) from 2019-04-04) and MATLAB R2019a:
CAT Preprocessing error for PD:
Reference to non-existent field 'facevertexcdata'.
In file "/Applications/spm12/toolbox/cat12/cat_run_job_APRGs.m" (v1435), function "cat_run_job_APRGs" at line 214.

In file "/Applications/spm12/toolbox/cat12/cat_run_newcatch.m" (???), function "cat_run_newcatch" at line 15.
In file "/Applications/spm12/toolbox/cat12/cat_run.m" (v1439), function "run_job" at line 720.
In file "/Applications/spm12/toolbox/cat12/cat_run.m" (v1439), function "cat_run" at line 434.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? I had no problems when using an earlier version of CAT12.
I took a look at line 214 of cat_run_job_APRGs.m and indeed facevertexcdata is called without being previously defined.
Thanks in advance for any help!
