Hello,
I'm running a surface-based-morphometry analysis on cat12 (version r1059 (2016-10-28)) with SPM12 on Matlab R2015b. The segmentation is currently running but it gives me warning each time it's doing the "Thickness / Depth mapping" part. The script is running okay but I wondered if the warning was an issue. Could you tell me if that's a problem?
For the BATCH I just put Yes for the ROI analysis and for the Surface and thickness estimation and No to everything else in the Writing options.
Here the message:
Thickness / Depth mapping 1s
Warning: A value of class "int32" was indexed with no subscripts specified. Currently the result of this operation is the indexed value itself,
but in a future release, it will be an error.
