Dear SPM experts,
I want to check want are the regions that are active in two experimental conditions in the same group of subjects. I would like to use the conjuction analysis, however I wonder what is the correct way to do it.
Should I simply input the images from two contrasts as to separate groups in the two-sample t-test, prepare contrasts showing the activation in each condition and than do the conjunction of these contrasts? What bothers me here is that the two "groups" in this design are not independent, as they are different conditions from the same group of subjects. Is there a way to take that fact into consideration? Or maybe it does not influence the conjunction results and I just shouldn't worry about that?
I will be very grateful for your insights!
Best regards,
