> Mae CGGC yn gwahodd mudiadau treftadaeth yng Nghymru i ymgeisio am gefnogaeth ddatblygu ymroddedig gan ein prosiect Catalydd Cymru: Treftadaeth Wydn.
>
>
> Mae gennym gyllid gan Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol i weithio gyda 29 mudiad treftadaeth ledled Cymru, yn eu darparu gyda, hyfforddiant trylwyr ymroddedig am ddim i helpu eu mudiadau i ddatblygu un neu fwy o'r meysydd canlynol o reolaeth sefydliadol: llywodraethu, codi arian, marchnata a'r cyfryngau cymdeithasol, cynllunio busnes, mesurau effaith ac adrodd a rheoli prosiect.
>
> I fod yn gymwys am gefnogaeth gan Gatalydd Cymru, mae'n rhaid i fudiadau:
> · Gael pwrpas elusennol. Mae mudiadau cymwys yn cynnwys cymdeithasau anghorfforedig, grwpiau cymunedol, elusennau cofrestredig, Prif Swyddogion Gwybodaeth, Cwmnïau Buddiannau Cymunedol (CBC), Cymdeithasau Buddiannau Cymunedol) Gall mudiadau nad ydynt yn elusennau ymgeisio mewn cysylltiad â mudiad elusennol. Er enghraifft, gall partneriaeth rhwng Cymdeithas Anghorfforedig ac awdurdod lleol sy'n cefnogi'r Gymdeithas Anghorfforedig i sefydlu elusen i reoli safle dreftadaeth fod yn gymwys. Nid fydd awdurdodau lleol yn unig yn cael eu derbyn. Dalier sylw: mae'n rhaid i CBC(au) gael eu cyfyngu trwy warant i fod yn gymwys.
> · Gael isafswm o dri ymddiriedolwr neu gyfarwyddwr yn unol ag arferion gorau a gofynion y Comisiwn Elusennau.
> · Mae'n rhaid i dreftadaeth gael lle amlwg yn eich dibenion elusennol, naill ai'n benodol neu'n amhenodol.
> · Nid yw eich bod yn gweithio o adeilad rhestredig yn unig, er enghraifft, yn ateb y meini prawf - byddai rhaid i'r sefydliad wau treftadaeth yr adeilad i'w gweithgareddau o ddydd i ddydd.
> · Mae'n rhaid i unrhyw amgueddfa sy'n ymgeisio am y prosiect fod yn achrededig, neu'n adnabyddedig i CyMAAL (Amgueddfeydd, Archifdai, Celfyddydau a Llyfrgelloedd Cymru) fel rhywun sy'n gweithio tuag at achrediad.
>
>
> Mae CGGC yn awyddus i weithio gyda hyfforddwyr a chyfranogwyr ar y prosiect Catalydd Cymru: Treftadaeth Wydn i gefnogi gymaint o fudiadau treftadaeth â phosib. Rydym felly'n gofyn i dderbynwyr hyfforddiant i ymrwymo i ddarparu dau ddiwrnod o gefnogaeth gyfoed i fudiadau treftadaeth eraill. Drwy'r prosiect Catalydd Cymru: Treftadaeth Wydn, bydd CGGC yn darparu hyfforddiant i wirfoddolwr cynghori cyfoed a'u paru gyda mudiad fyddai'n cael budd o'r gefnogaeth yma. Bydd hyn yn digwydd yn ystod yr ail flwyddyn (2020 - 2021) o'r prosiect.
>
> I gofrestru eich diddordeb mewn cymryd rhan ac i dderbyn pecyn a ffurflen ymgeisio, cysylltwch ag Alison Pritchard, Rheolwr Catalydd, ar 02920 435 763 neu ar [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

> WCVA is inviting heritage organisations in Wales to apply for dedicated development support from our Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project.
>
>
> We have funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to work with 29 heritage organisations from across Wales, providing them with free, in depth and dedicated coaching to help their organisation to develop one or more of the following areas of organisational management: governance, fundraising, marketing and social media, business planning, impact measurement and reporting and project management.
>
> To be eligible for support from Catalyst Cymru, organisations must:
> · Have charitable purposes. Eligible organisations include unincorporated associations, community groups, registered charities, CIOs, CICs, Community Benefit Societies) Non-charitable organisations may apply in conjunction with a charitable organisation. For example, a partnership between an Unincorporated Association and a local authority who are supporting the UA to establish a charity to manage a heritage site would be eligible. Local authorities will not be accepted alone. NB: CICs must be limited by guarantee to be eligible.
> · have a minimum of three trustees or directors in line with best practice and Charity Commission requirements.
> · Heritage must feature in your charitable purposes, either explicitly or implicitly. Simply working out of a listed building, for example, does not meet these criteria - the organisation would need to be weaving the heritage of the building into their day-to-day activities.
> · Any museums applying to the project must either be accredited, or known to CyMAAL (Museums, Archives, Arts and Libraries Wales) as working towards accreditation
>
>
> WCVA are keen to work together with the coaches and participants on the Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project to support as many heritage organisations as possible. We are therefore asking that recipients of coaching commit to providing two days of peer mentoring support to other heritage organisations. Through the Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project, WCVA will provide training to peer mentor volunteers and match them to an organisation who would benefit from this support. This will take place during year two (2020-2021) of the project.
