Dear FSL experts,
I am working on the dual regression to examine the relationship between with-in resting state network functional connectivity and personality trait measures. On this subject, I have few questions to clarify about the functional MRI data clean up procedure in the dual regression pipeline.
Just after running the multi-session temporal concatenated ICA, I have used the following commands to clean up the subject-specific filtered_func_data.nii.gz (195 volumes).
Fast : to segment the T1-w data.
Fslmeants : to extract the time series of WM and CSF from the filtered_func_data.
Fsl_motion_outliers : to extract the timepoints explaining the effects of large motion correction (9 parameters).
Text2Vest : to convert the design.txt into design.mat
fsl_glm -i filtered_func_data.nii.gz -d design -o filtered_func_data_cleaned.nii.gz
However, before running the dual regression using melodic_IC.nii.gz, I noticed the filtered_func_data_cleaned.nii.gz having only 11 volumes after the cleaning up procedure, which was not consistent across other subject-specific fMRI dataset.
Could someone please help me to clarify this issue? Any sort of help would be very much appreciated, thanks !
