In using FSL BASIL for ASL CBF quantification, it appears that quantified CBF barely changes with different T1b values.
Without the white paper option, the quantified CBF changed when I entered the hematocrit corrected T1b from 37 ml/100g/min (T1b 1.65 s) to 34 ml/100g/min (T1b 1.80 s). However when checking the white paper option, the quantified CBF did not differ for different T1b values: 30.91 ml/100g/min (T1b 1.65 s) and 30.88 (T1b 1.80 s).
I am puzzled by these results. What might be going on here?
Many thanks,
Lisa
