3.5 or 4 years full-time, £17,338 p.a. stipend
technē supports outstanding students pursuing the ‘craft’ of research through innovative, interdisciplinary and creative approaches across a range of the arts and humanities. The University of Westminster is one of the nine universities that make up the AHRC-funded technē Doctoral Training Partnership.
The University of Westminster is offering technē studentships in the three areas including the Centre for Research and Education in Arts and Media (CREAM). The Centre was judged by REF 2014 as the UK’s leading research centre working across art and design, with a rating of 95% of our research as world-leading or internationally excellent.

2) AHRC Collaborative Doctoral Studentship - CREAM and the Stuart Hall Foundation
The Centre for Education and Research in Arts and Media (CREAM), School of Arts, University of Westminster and the Stuart Hall Foundation (SHF) welcome applications for a PhD studentship funded by technē under its Doctoral Training Partnership Scheme, to begin in September 2020.
