Thanks to all who got in touch re my thoughts on a social media planning tool. There seems to be a lot of interest so I'm on the case messing about with some sample data and making a simple tool.
I'll do a summary for the list of what the general approaches are and will also share whatever I create. I think that ARA may also share what I create (if it actually works of course - I'm recruiting a friend to help with writing some of the excel lookup functions).
