This is an opportunity to join Warwick Department of Statistics at the Professor level. Warwick Statistics is one of the world’s most research-active and prominent probability and statistics departments, with strong ties to Warwick Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science (all three departments co-located in the same connected group of buildings). We are looking for a world-leading academic researcher in Probability Theory broadly understood. In addition to offering a stimulating research environment in probability, the department offers unique opportunities for collaborations in Statistics, Data Science and Mathematical Finance. The ideal candidate will be a leader in modern probability theory with an outstanding track record of research publications and in obtaining research funding. The successful candidate will be expected to participate actively in the academic life of the department and further develop the research group in Probability at Warwick.
