Warwick Medical School wishes to appoint an Assistant Professor in Medical Statistics within the new NIHR Applied Research Centre West Midlands. As a key member of a wide-ranging programme grant focusing on applied health research, you will work closely with the head of the group, Professor Richard Lilford, and others in the group to develop a strong programme of personal research in medical statistics and will lead and contribute to research grant applications. You will have an opportunity to develop experience in cluster trials, including uni-directional crossover designs, mediator analysis and Bayesian networks. As part of a team providing rapid response to health service research priorities, you will be responsive and flexible in order to manage this evolving and fast-paced environment.
